The incubator-accelerator is operated by three sectoral tourism associations recognized for their expertise in nature-culture-adventure tourism and who work in partnership with the Ministère du Tourisme and the Société du Plan Nord:

Our partner-experts have mastered tourism products and understand the inner workings of government, funding, and regional issues. They play a crucial role in the success of the incubator-accelerator.
Their profound knowledge of the field, of potential projects and of the issues at stake will inform the incubator-accelerator’s operations and ensure that its processes are sustainable for the territory.
Québec Outfitters Federation
Founded in 1948 under the name Association des Outfitters de Québec, it was later renamed Quebec Outfitters Federation (QOF) in 2002.
Today, QOF represents more than 330 outfitters operating in Quebec, which include both small and medium-sized businesses specialized in hunting, fishing and outdoorsy vacations.
This is an industry that helps safeguard more than 4,500 jobs and generates economic Roughly 425,000 people, 80% of whom come from Quebec, visit outfitters every year.
Indigenous Tourism Quebec
Recognized by the Ministère du Tourisme as the official spokespeople for Indigenous tourism and by the Assembly of First Nations of Quebec and Labrador as the primary representative of the Indigenous tourism industry in Quebec, ITQ speaks for and works closely with more than 175 Indigenous-member businesses. Having been committed to advocating in the best interests of local Indigenous communities and in growing and promoting Indigenous tourism since 1991, ITQ, today more than ever, believes in the importance of preserving and supporting authentic experiences that celebrate the cultures of Quebec’s 11 Indigenous nations.
Each year, ITQ creates more than 4,000 jobs and shares its rich and diverse culture with more than 1.2 million visitors, generating a financial return of over $169 million.
Aventure Écotourisme Québec
Aventure Écotourisme Québec is the sector-based tourism association recognized by the various ministries and organizations as a leader and official representative for adventure and nature tourism in Quebec, particularly within the framework of the Quality-Safety accreditation program. This organization has been committed to further developing the sector and to promoting nature and outdoor tourism for the past 30 years. Its primary mission is to protect the interests of member companies and organizations and to stimulate their growth by offering them a range of products and services that promote development, help them improve their business practices as well as their positioning in the various tourist markets.
This booming sector generates more than $1.2 billion in economic spinoffs and helps safeguard more than 4,000 jobs annually.
